We are working with a premium engineering & manufacturing business, that provides a wide range of bespoke HVAC products & solutions to commercial and industrial sectors and key clients across the UK.


Due to external demand and internal expansion, they are looking to appoint a Regional Sales Engineer to help expand sales revenue within a targeted group of customer accounts or sectors. You will be responsible for developing and executing all key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans to achieve the company’s financial targets.


Regional Sales Engineer Responsibilities:


  • Increase market share through developing & establishing relationships with mechanical consultants, M&E contractors & main contractors.
  • Identify, understand and propose sales and service solutions that meet customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Liaise with top accounts and potential top accounts to maximise territory proposition
  • Ensure all information is accurate and available through CRM for forecasting purposes.
  • Collect customer feedback, and market research and work closely with Marketing and R&D to ensure products, sales material and marketing campaigns help meet company performance objectives.
  • Assist with CPDs / Networking Events, supporting your team’s endeavours to create market share within the territory.


UK Regional Sales Engineer Requirements:


  • Professional sales background with a proven track record of developing business directly with Key End Users, M&E Consultants and Main Contractors.
  • Commercial & Technical appreciation of HVAC systems
  • Knowledge of the UK HVAC market
  • First class presentation skills and analytical skills essential
  • A total commitment to delivering 1st class client service
  • Strong Team player, highly motivated and self-reliant
  • Strong commercial background/awareness.
  • Fully IT literate.
